ONLINE SALES - OPERATIONAL UPDATE

Here at DirectPlastics.com we wanted to let all our customers know that we are doing everything we can to return to business as usual following a huge spike in demand.

The spike in demand for roofline related products such as Fascias, Soffits, Gutters and Claddings during the pandemic has been huge and has taken all of us by surprise.

We are in the fortunate position of having access to the largest range of PVC-U building products in the industry, but there are still circumstances where we are experiencing temporary stock shortages on certain lines. We are working hard to ensure the delays are kept to a minimum where they occur and normal service will resume asap and our factories replenish stock.

Please continue to order as usual across and all consignments will be sent using our 3rd party couriers or our in-house distribution.

We are pleased to say we have now reopened our telephone lines, but with a limited resource, so we ask for your patience whilst we deal with increased demand. If you email us, please allow up to 72 hours for a reply

Please therefore check all orders before placing them.

We ask that no work is booked in or committed to until your stock has arrived.
